We have used Rose Pest Solutions for years. Every technician they send has been great but we particularly appreciate Wayne's work ethic and friendliness.

Look no further if you need highly professional and knowledgeable folks who will dispatch your pest problems promptly. Rose responded quickly were able to diagnose my problems right away. They even found another about which I was unaware. They inspected every inch of my house, identified areas of concern, and remediated the problems on the first visit. The supervisor returned several weeks later to inspect what progress had been made. I reported that I had observed about a 90% decrease in activity and I was very pleased. She replenished some control that had been used.

I hired another exterminator and they came at least six times and we still had the infestation. Because of the damage they did to my furniture, I had to replace my couch and my chair. Finally, I had had enough and contacted Rose again. This time they returned my phone call. The price compared to the other exterminator was quite reasonable. Rose came over and sprayed everything they needed to and within a week the infestation was totally gone. If I ever need an exterminator again I will go directly to Rose. I would highly recommend Rose to anyone I know who has a problem with any kind of infestation. Thank you for giving me back my home bug-free.

I had contracted with another exterminator and they were useless. After many applications, they still couldn't get rid of the problem. You came over one time and got rid of the problem. I contacted Myrna in the office about our carpenter ant problem. She was very personable, professional, and helpful. Technician Will came out to do the application. We found him to be very professional and very knowledgeable about pest control. He took care of our problem and did not pressure us to sign up for additional services that we did not need. We were charged $325 for the carpenter ant application which included a 60-day warranty. This also included exterior treatment of the whole house. We're pleased with the services provided at a reasonable price.

I contracted Terminix because I had bed bugs. They charged me $1,600 for six treatments and they still could not get rid of the bed bugs. I called Rose pest control you came out charged me a third of what they charged and had the bugs gone in 2 weeks. I would highly recommend you to anybody that has a pest problem.

I use this company for my business and my personal home pest control needs and prevention. They are quick to respond and very thorough in their treatment/inspection/prevention. Kevin has been outstanding and given superb customer service and education on pests and how to prevent them and eradicate them if they come. Since Kevin has been our technician, we have been more than happy with our service. He stays in communication with me at my property and always confirms dates of service and arrives on schedule. Mathew was being trained by Kevin and he was excellent as well. In the past, Adam, the District Manager has helped out when needed and he was outstanding as well. I cannot recommend these gentlemen enough. They have been professional, thorough and very knowledgeable and have taught me much about eliminating pests. From my phone call with Emily to Will (technician) Rose was top-notch. Very polite, and professional. Within 30 minutes of calling for a very large ground hornet's nest. Rose was at my home and Will exterminated the nest and explained what to expect in the next 24-48 hours. Thanks again Rose for helping get this nest gone.

We discovered something living in our attic throughout the night and started calling pest control companies first thing in the morning. Three businesses came out and provided their recommendation and a quote for services. 2 of the businesses (well-known commercially advertised pest control businesses) told us that we needed thousands of dollars in clean-up performed and right away started in with a pitch for financing it. Rose came out third and offered a few options but explained that the situation was very manageable and just needed a well-defined extermination plan and prevention from animals getting back into the attic. This solution was honest, thorough, and made practical sense. We liked their approach so much that we purchased a home service plan so that they can come out on a regular basis and monitor/prevent future issues. This saved us so much money and gave us peace of mind.

Kevin from Rose Pest has treated my home for about 2 years now. He is respectful of our property and always lets us know when he will be coming out so we can take down any bird feeders, let the dogs out, etc. The chemicals Rose Pest uses seem to be more effective than other companies I've used in the past for ants and spiders and it only requires annual spraying versus three times a year. Definitely recommend! :-)

Always receive a call the night before from Mike to verify our time or a text that morning. He is a great guy. Works hard always answers any questions we have. Very professional and my dog looks forward to his visit. Great with your pets.

I live in a heavily wooded area and had problems with all sorts of spiders ants mosquitoes etc. They came out the next day sprayed my house they came back two weeks later to respray they placed “just in case” traps all over and applied any treatment that I was worried about for no extra charge! I would recommend this company to any of my friends or neighbors who are big- o-phobes like me. Five stars and thank you!!!!

Rose does a great job of not just identifying issues but also helping me as a homeowner know what they are doing and how I can be more knowledgeable about issues with pests in the future. Grant From Rose pest control came very quickly, on the same day I called, to take care of an aggressive yellow jacket ground nest that was located next to our front door. He was very professional and knowledgeable in how to take care of our situation. Rose provided great service at an affordable price and was quick to action ensuring our needs were met right away. I started using Rose pest control last summer. I was tired of battling the carpenter ants on my own. They have taken care of that problem and everything else that has come up for me. I am on an annual plan and my technician Ed always discusses with me any issues or concerns. In between treatments, if I see any problems I just give a call and everything has been taken care of. I really appreciate not having to do foundation treatments myself or keep a closet full of chemicals around.

We had an amazing experience with Rose at the Toledo location when we were suspicious that we were having bed bugs after several incidents in previous homes. The staff at Rose in Toledo were extremely caring, informative, and professional. They advised us not to exterminate unless we verified that we had an infestation.
