Rose Pest Solutions, the nation’s oldest pest management company offering clients quality, industry-leading pest management technology, has acquired Traverse City, Michigan-based Collier’s Pest Control.
Rose Pest Solutions has served clients in northern Michigan, including Traverse City, for decades – and this acquisition allows Rose Pest Solutions to expand its footprint in the region by absorbing current Collier’s Pest Control clients throughout Antrim, Benzie, Grand Traverse, Leelanau and Kalkaska counties.
“We were humbled when Gary Collier reached out to inquire about us taking on the day-to-day operations of his business,” said Russ Ives, CEO of Rose Pest Solutions. “Collier’s is one of Michigan’s most trusted and well-respected pest control companies, and Rose will continue to honor the outstanding service and loyalty that Collier’s has built over the past 45 years with its clients.”
Collier is semi-retiring from his role as president of Collier’s Pest Control and will assist with the transition between Collier’s Pest Control and Rose Pest Solutions. He founded Collier’s Pest Control in 1976.

Rose Pest Solutions plans to move to a larger facility in the Traverse City region in order to accommodate these expanded services. Until then, the pest control companies (the combined companies) will operate out of the current Collier’s Pest Control office, located at 801 W. Front St. in Traverse City.
Current Collier’s Pest Control employees will be trained and onboarded with Rose Pest Solutions in the upcoming weeks and months. Employees will also receive a new, comprehensive benefits package consisting of paid time off, dental, life, medical, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, profit-sharing, and more.
